INTA started its activity with 16405 employees in 2002. In 2004, the administration managed to get the required license for employing 1450 employees more. During the years when the Third Economic, Social, and Cultural Development Plan was implemented, the proportion of INTA’s educated employees increased. In the year 2000, this ratio raised to 41% and in 2004 to an average of 53% and during the Third Plan years, it increased up to an average of 12%.
